Refunds & Cancellation Policy
GabbySoftware is commitment to customer satisfaction. Our policy outlines a straightforward approach to refunds and cancellations concerning services rendered by GabbySoftware or its affiliated partners.
Eligibility for Refund or Cancellation
To be eligible for a refund or cancellation, all conditions must be met:
If the project fails to meet the expected results or delivery standards.
Disputes regarding deliverables must be communicated via email to the project manager or signing authority within two days of delivery.
The due date on the invoice should not have lapsed.
The project is not considered void until agreed-upon payments are settled.
The client is not in default of payment and has fulfilled contractual obligations.
Refund or Cancellation Shall Not Apply
Refunds or cancellations will not apply under the following circumstances:
Delay or failure due to the client's failure to provide required information promptly.
Project delays caused by improper communication from the client.
Incomplete or insufficient information provided at the project's initiation.
Projects billed on an hourly basis.
No compensation for delivery delays unless agreed upon with a penalty clause.
No dispute raised regarding deployed employee performance until the last sprint of the refunding invoice.
Project usage, access, or completion on the client's server or repository.
Client's failure to comply with clause A of this policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the incomplete project chunk as per the proposal. GabbySoftware is not responsible for losses due to service delays or non-provision. Refund liability is subject to delivery issues communicated in writing within the stipulated timeframe, restricted to 10% of total paid invoices.
Process for Refund
Refunds, deemed refundable by GabbySoftware, will be processed within 90 business days through the original payment method.
Terms & Conditions
By engaging GabbySoftware's services, you agree to these terms. Any applicable administrative charges during the refund process are the client's responsibility.

Automatic Termination of Service
Service contract termination without a refund will occur if:
Client terminates without formal notice.
Client hires a current employee/contractor without approval or payment of the set hiring fee.
Client fails to provide proper project requirement documentation.
Client fails to comply with clause A of this policy.
